At Plano’s Legacy Hall on Oct. 31, the Dia de los Muertos festivities will begin at 1 p.m. and run through 8 p.m. Face painting and other family-friendly activities will be available to attendees, with performances and a screening of “Coco.” The event, which will feature a host of food and drinks, is free to attend.
