THE DUCKHORN WINE DINNER AT LE MERIDIEN DALLAS, THE STONELEIGH
Le Meridien Dallas, The Stoneleigh will host the Duckhorn Wine Dinner on Wednesday, March 6, starting at 6:00 p.m. Ticket holders will enjoy a four-course meal curated by Chef Esayas Estifanos, accompanied by five thoughtfully-selected Duckhorn wines. Guests will embark on a culinary adventure while savoring the sips of the Duckhorn District of St. Helena, California.
Divine courses include lobster risotto with black truffle, maple-glazed duck breast with spicy arugula, roasted fennel and orange segment raspberry vinaigrette, pink salt prime strip, with red-neck cheddar dauphinoise and asparagus tips,as well as a mixed fresh fruit tart and apricot glaze. All are methodically paired with Duckhorn Vineyard wines.
