The special BBQ brunch will feature a three-course prix fixe menu with standout dishes like BBQ Bacon Wrapped Quail on Country Style Cornbread Pudding with Firecracker Slaw & Smoky Peach Marmalade; Smoke House Plate of Brisket, Baby Back Ribs & Jalapeno Waygu Sausage with Crunchy Potato Salad, Campfire Beans, Tobacco Onions and West Texas Chow Chow; and Summer Cherry Crisp.
Along with brunch, families can relax on the Fearing’s Patio for an incredible afternoon with live entertainment and countless activities including cigar rolling, a custom bottle-dipping station offered by Maker’s Mark, and lawn games.
