Perini Ranch Steakhouse celebrates 40 years with an outdoor art experience curated by Michael Grauer and the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. The installation debuts a photo collection reflecting on the history of Buffalo Gap and celebrating the evolution of Perini Ranch Steakhouse.
Guests will be able to peruse through the Mesquite trees experiencing the life of a true West Texan through Tom Perini’s private photo collection of the earliest settled days of Buffalo Gap and the traditions around cowboy culture.
