With everything from the 2018 NFL Draft to Art in the Square to the Renaissance Fair, there's plenty to do this weekend. Now all you have to do is decide how you will spend some quality time with your family.
Ready for some football? Get the best of the 2018 NFL Draft by heading over to the AT&T Stadium in Arlington on Thursday for the NFL Draft Experience. Come out to see some of the Dallas Cowboys' most memorable memorabilia including the team's five Super Bowl trophies. There will also be some former players out enjoying the festival, so you may be able to snag a few pictures with the pros.
All weekend long, locals and art enthusiasts will gather for the 19th annual Art in the Square. From Friday to Sunday afternoon, families can come out to enjoy the juried work, enjoy treats from local restaurants, stop by the Kids Korner and play in The Zone. Be sure to stop by our booth to learn more about FÜDTRUKY and meet some of our cover boys and girls. No matter how you choose to spend your time in Southlake Town Square, it’s sure to be a blast.
On Friday evening, locals can enjoy the CISD Student Art Exhibit. Guests will be able to browse through the best of the pieces created by local students. Their work will be exhibited in the lobby and the third floor of the Town Hall. It's a great way to support emerging artists who are starting out in their artistic careers.
Treat the little girl or boy in your life to a fancy day out by stopping by the Settlement to City Museums in Grapevine on Saturday. From 1 to 3 p.m., they will be hosting a traditional tea from local tea suppliers. After sipping on a few drinks and nibbling on some treats, guests are welcome to enjoy croquet and other lawn games. It's sure to a lavish afternoon.
