In celebration of Black History Month, it's important to recognize the incredible impact African Americans have had on our favorite foods. From beloved Southern staples to inventive global cuisines, African American chefs, restaurant owners and entrepreneurs have shaped the way we enjoy and think about food today.
This month, Central Market will showcase black-owned food makers and their stories by highlighting their products. The campaign will highlight new and existing black-owned cooks, creators and businesses, black winemakers and owners, and offer a lineup of renowned black chefs for a special cooking class series.
