Mi Dia From Scratch, located in Grapevine, found itself in USA Today’s Best Tex-Mex in Texas list. The group was decided by a list of food experts that have a great deal of knowledge and experience with the state’s food scene.
Other local winners include Joe T. Garcia's Mexican Restaurant and Enchiladas Ole in Fort Worth. The other seven selections can be found in El Paso, Austin and San Antonio.
