All In The Name
Eno’s Pizza Tavern Brings Great Pizza And Community To Cypress Waters.

For waterfront dining in the city, head over to the growing restaurant scene at Cypress Waters. The district, located off North Lake, has curated an array of trendy eateries from around the Metroplex and made them approachable for local diners. One of which, Eno’s Pizza Tavern, joined the line up in May and has wowed guests with their locally sourced ingredients and cracker-thin pies. This is Eno’s third location, with their Bishop Arts storefront acting as their flagship. But thanks to its focus on building community, the restaurant seems right at home in Coppell. They do get their name, after all, from the Italian word “enoteca,” which refers to a regional wine shop.
“At Eno’s, we’re all about providing a laid-back, neighborhood eatery where guests may relax and enjoy a casual meal with family and friends,” owner Shane Spillers says. “We love that each of our restaurants offers its own community vibe.”
The 6,500-square-foot establishment, which includes a 1,800-square-foot rooftop patio overlooking the water, boasts Italian classics like bruschetta, pasta and sandwiches. But it's their pies that put them on the map. The especially thin pizzas feature an array of interesting ingredients like the Meatball and The Goat, topped with fresh basil, goat cheese, sliced Texas beef and boar Texas meatballs, and the Pig Smiley, finished with Eno’s sausage, pepperoni, Benton’s ham and local honey. There are also plenty of traditional pies for those who favor the simplicity in a classic pizza.
Eno’s also offers a vibrant beverage program with creations from big local names like Four Corners Brewing, Community Beer Co. and Peticolas Brewing Company to name a few. And with Landon Winery right next door, award-winning pours are a given. Eno’s is also next to Town Hall, a 3,500 square-foot event space that will bring live music onto the scene. So guests can sit back and enjoy their offerings while also taking in a show.
“We’ve been fortunate to collaborate with phenomenal local talent and are excited for folks to try what we’ve come up with together,” Spillers says.
Enjoy an ice-cold craft beer and fresh-out-of-the-oven pizza at Eno’s. Their warm atmosphere will have you coming back time and time again.
