Cooking Thanksgiving dinner is hard and time-consuming. So if you are looking to ease the burden this year, don’t be afraid to eat out for Thanksgiving! Dining out is an easy way to avoid stressing about cleaning the house, cooking all the food and entertaining your guests, so take your pick of seven great restaurants and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Truluck’s Thanksgiving spread will be made up of three courses. Its selections include lobster bisque and an herb roasted turkey with two dessert options: pumpkin pie or southern pecan pie a la mode! Truluck’s also has wine pairings for its Thanksgiving menu as well as Holiday Nog available for diners.
A Thanksgiving at Truluck’s is $45 for adults and $19 for children 12 and under. Diners also have the option of eating from Truluck’s full menu, so you can’t go wrong spending Thanksgiving here!
If you’re looking for a more traditional Thanksgiving feast, head over to Buca di Beppo. Its Thanksgiving menu includes sliced white meat turkey, gravy, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, spicy Italian sausage stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.
The Italian restaurant also offers Thanksgiving catering so you can have favorite comfort foods without the labor of cooking the meal. And like Truluck’s, diners can also order from Buca di Beppo’s full menu if they want an Italian meal on Thanksgiving.
For Thanksgiving, Copeland’s of New Orleans has two options available for diners. You can order a Cajun Fried Turkey Dinner at least 24 hours before your requested pick-up time or you can reserve a table to eat at the restaurant. For picking up your Thanksgiving dinner, the hours are from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. Thanksgiving Day.
For eating at Copeland’s, the hours are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Diners can choose to order the traditional Pilgrim’s Platter or an entree from the full menu. But make a reservation now because they’re sure to fill up!
Del Frisco’s Grille'as Thanksgiving menu includes mouth-watering dishes like herb and citrus butter roasted turkey, a variety of steaks and truffled mac and cheese.
Its Thanksgiving day menu is pretty extensive, so there are a number of options to choose from for your meal. And for dessert, you can choose from pecan pie, peanut butter chocolate pie, molten chocolate cake and caramel pot de crème so your meal is sure to end on a sweet note!
This year for Thanksgiving, head over to Perry’s Steakhouse to indulge in its full dinner menu or its special Thanksgiving menu which includes roast turkey with gravy and mashed potatoes, green bean almondine, sausage and sage cornbread stuffing and cranberry relish.
Eating Thanksgiving here will be $45 per person with children’s entrees and sides available for $15 a plate. For dessert, Perry’s Steakhouse is offering a piece of creamy pumpkin-spiced cheesecake for $8.
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar
If you want to get out of Southlake for Thanksgiving, then Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar in Plano is a perfect option! Along with the Thanksgiving menu, Fleming’s will also have its full menu diners can order from and a three course children’s menu for $22.
The Thanksgiving menu features delectable options such as the lobster bisque for a starter, a choice of herb-roasted turkey or filet mignon for your entree and the option of either pumpkin cheesecake or chocolate gooey butter cake for dessert. The three course menu is $45 per person.
Another out-of-Southlake option for Thanksgiving is The Capital Grille, also located in Plano. Its Thanksgiving menu — which is $43 for adults and $15 for children — includes slow-roasted turkey with brioche stuffing, french green beans with marcona almonds and cranberry-pear chutney.
Mashed potatoes are served as a side for the table and dessert is a pumpkin cheesecake for those with a sweet tooth. The Capital Grille will also be serving its full menu available for diners to order from so you definitely won’t run out of delicious options!
