Say goodbye to your typical soft serve and hello to high-quality, handcrafted fresh frozen ice cream. Creamistry, the made-to-order liquid nitrogen ice cream shop, is opening in Southlake next month. This makes it the forth DFW location to open its doors within a year.
Guests can come in and see their desserts created right in front of them. Their “creamologist” experts can create all-natural sweets individualized to every taste. With more than 60 flavors and toppings, including great vegan, dairy-free and organic options, the sky is the limit when it comes to their treats. And guests can enjoy their specialized creations in a cup, with a waffle cone or in an ice cream sandwich.
“We are always changing and adding things on the menu,” Southlake Creamistry owner Aamir Rajiani says.
After making your selections, you just get to sit back and watch the -321-degree liquid nitrogen turn your ingredients into a creamy dessert. And watching the liquid nitrogen vapor take over the shop just makes each trip out more fun.
Be on the lookout for their grand opening celebration, which is currently slated for mid-October. They will be dishing out their wide variety of offerings along with a few fall flavors. With all the hype around the fresh treat, come ready to stand in their expanding line.
