On January 22, Kilwins, a confections shop that has been serving sweets since 1947, opened their doors in Grapevine. The downtown location will make everything from single origin chocolates to extraordinary truffles to salt water taffy chews.
While there are not many Texas locations, franchise owners Jon and Pamela Beezley are very familiar with the Kilwins brand.
The Beezley family has a condo in Miramar Beach, Florida, has spent years looking forward to their annual trip to the area’s Kilwins. After discovering the business offered franchise opportunities, they knew they had to bring the business to Grapevine.
Now they are excited to share their favorite sweets with their neighbors and introduce people to all of Kilwins’ offerings.
“When people come into the store they can expect an experience that engages all senses,” Pamela says. “Customers will see us cooking delicious homemade confections in our copper kettle. They will smell freshly made fudge, caramel, brittles and corns. Customers will also get to taste free samples of fudge and ice cream, so that they can fall in love with their favorite Kilwins confections!”
