Prime-grade barbecue will be making its way to Grand Prairie next month.
Created by Chili’s founder Larry Lavine, Loop 9 BBQ is the newest venture for the veteran restaurateur after opening his last barbecue joint, Ten 50 BBQ, in Richardson. According to a media release, Loop 9 will offer prime-grade brisket smoked to perfection, as well as Texas sausages, pulled pork, ribs and much more.
But Loop 9 BBQ doesn’t just impress with its premium meats — it also offers a wide array of scratch-made sides, including Mexican corn, borracha beans, cornbread, dirty burnt-end queso and fresh-cut fries. Its in-house pie shop also offers homemade pies customers can enjoy inside the restaurant or at home, whether it’s chocolate, coconut or banana cream pie.
Loop 9 BBQ will open inside the EpicCentral entertainment complex, located at 2961 State Hwy. 161. To stay up-to-date on the restaurant’s upcoming opening, visit Loop9BBQ.com.
