A new upscale dining experience has come to Dallas.
Opening earlier this month on Lowest Greenville Avenue, Quarter Acre is the newest culinary endeavor of chef Toby Archibald, who was previously executive chef and chef de cuisine at restaurants such as Georgie by Curtis Stone and Bullion. Inspired by his New Zealand roots, chef Toby ups the ante on his menu with dishes such as smoked beef tartare, confit lamb belly sticks and 48-hour beef short rib, as well as chardonnay and champagne freshly imported from New Zealand or France. With 2,300 square feet of space that seats up to 65 people, the minimalist and modern restaurant has a warm atmosphere that makes guests feel right at home.
“As a chef, it’s a wonderful feeling to be able to bring people together through my food, whether it’s for a special occasion or just a regular evening out," chef Toby says via media release. "When you boil it down, I just love to cook and make people happy.”
Quarter Acre is open now at 2023 Greenville Ave., Suite 110. To learn more, call 214.647.1616 or visit QuarterAcreRestaurant.com.
