Fort Worth’s West Bend welcomed an exciting new ice cream parlor last week.
Based out of Brooklyn, Van Leeuwen dishes out scoops of its French-style ice cream made with lots of cream and tons of egg yolk. According to a media release, Van Leeuwen scoops over 30 flavors like honeycomb, praline butter cake and marionberry cheesecake, amongst many other quarterly specials. Its scoops can also be incorporated into sundaes, root beer floats, milkshakes and ice cream sandwiches, and they even have vegan and dairy-free flavors as well.
“We are psyched to open our first scoop shop in Fort Worth,” co-founder and CEO Ben Van Leeuwen says via media release. “We can’t wait to bring the goodness that is Van Leeuwen ice cream to this unique and historic city.”
Van Leeuwen is open now at 1653 River Run, Suite 141 in Fort Worth. For more information, visit VanLeeuwenIceCream.com.
