Del Frisco's Ceo Mark Mednansky and GM Sabrina Scully stand staff were joined by Southlake Mayor John Terrell at a special sign up rally hosted at Del Frisco's Grille in Southlake.
In anticipation of Del Frisco's Run With the Soldiers 5k on Saturday, Nov. 8, Del Frisco's Grille - Southlake, TX will host a sign up rally for people who are interested in participating and learning more about the walk and the cause. The sign up rally takes place Thursday, Oct. 23 from noon to 1 p.m.
Mayor John Terrell of Southlake with city dignitaries and representatives from the beneficiary Operation Once in a Lifetime will be at the sign up rally, according to a press release by Endicott & Company Public Relations.
"Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group former military employees, as well as current military, will be in attendance to share their story of how they have served their country. Additionally, Mark Mednansky, CEO of Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, will be present to show his support for our troops and prompt attendees to sign up," the release said.
Run With the Soldiers 5k benefits Operation Once in a Lifetime, a nonprofit organization created to make the dream of US soldiers come true. According to the press release, the organization grants requests, wishes and needs for all soldiers and various causes; wounded, unwounded, deployed, non-deployed, all ranks and all branches of the United States Armed Forces, you serve, you qualify.
