Thomas Michael is The BEST!

We found the house we wanted and needed to sell ours quickly and for top dollar in order to be able to close on it. Our Buyer's Agent told us there was exactly one Realtor we wanted to work with and it was Thomas Michael. After Thomas met us to go over our house and presented his plan, we were convinced he was someone we could work with and trust. We are so glad we did. Thomas gave us great advice on what to change and what to leave as is, and was always able to refer us to great trades men that could get things put the way we wanted quickly, professionally and inexpensively.
