Sporty meets luxury at Park Place Porsche Grapevine. The Park Place Dealership, stretching 68,000 square feet and sitting on five acres of land, opened its doors on July 23 right off Texan Trail and State Highway 114.
Potential buyers can expect to see a full range of models such as the 911, Cayman, Boxster and Cayenne in their new showrooms, which can hold up to 21 different vehicles.
Ken Schnitzer, chairman of Park Place Dealerships, started out by opening his first property, a Mercedes-Benz dealership, in Oak Lawn in 1987. He now has 17 dealership representing different luxury brands including Lexus, Land Rover, Bentley and Maserati.
“This is one of the largest Porsche dealerships in the country and we designed the space to bring the brand to life so clients can explore the iconic brand making the experience their own,” Schnitzer said via press release. “Porsche has a long and renowned history with a loyal customer base that continues to grow. With the new Macan and 911 coming out in the next year, Northeast Tarrant County is a prime location for this brand.”
The location also includes 28 service bays, a client lounge, brand boutique and a large service drive. It is also a LEED certified building based on the dealership's efforts to conserve energy, water and other resources. Drive out to the spot to see the space for yourself. You never know what you might leave in.
