The summer shopping season is officially underway, and Southlake Town Square remains to be the shopping destination hot spot for the Southlake community. With over 100 businesses and counting, the shopping experience continues to evolve and grow at Southlake Town Square, and this Thursday is no exception.
From 5:30 to 8 p.m., Thursday, June 6, Southlake Town Square will be holding a special Girls Night Out, a shopping spree extravaganza where you can bring out your gal pals and have a fun night out on the town. Over 20 businesses will be participating with exclusive offers in-store, including the newly offered Coldwater Creek and Johnny Was.
However, with so many stores and so little time, you’ll probably want a guide on how to make your way around the town square quickly and efficiently - especially with a $25 Southlake Town Square gift card on the line to the first 200 shoppers to turn in receipt purchases of $200 or more.
Well, not to worry fellow stylers: Below is your guide on the fastest way to make your way around Southlake Town Square during this fun event.
Frank Edgar Cornish IV Park
After checking in at the Shopper’s Lounge located at 311 Grand Ave. E. (the first 200 shoppers get a complimentary swag bag for their shopping spree), the first thing you’ll want to do is head next door either to the women’s apparel store White House Black Market or the jewelry shop Pandora. Both businesses are two doors down from the Shopper’s Lounge and are among the first of several businesses that surround the Frank Edgar Cornish IV Park.
These quick-hit venues populate the most out of the participating businesses for the girl’s night out and include:
• Brighton Collectibles: 335 Grand Ave. E.
• Buckle: 408 Grand Ave. E.
• Chico’s: 300 Grand Ave. E.
• Coach: 400 Grand Ave. E.
• J. Jill: 279 Grand Ave. E.
• Kendra Scott: 321 Grand Ave. W.
• LOFT, 415 Grand Ave. E.
• Michael Kors, 324 Grand Ave. E.
• Soma, 301 Grand Ave. W.
• Sundance, 331 Grand Ave. E.
• Sunglasses Hut, 421 Grand Ave. E.
City Hall
After you circled around the park and hit up all the shops you wanted to, make your way down Grand Avenue towards City Hall. There you will have two rows of shops across from Civic Place, both of which have several great options to choose from.
On the left of Grand Avenue, guests will find the following.
• Bluemercury, 219 Grand Ave.
• Madewell, 267 Grand Ave.
• Vineyard Vines, 251 Grand Ave.
While on the right of Civic Place, guests will find these stores.
• Origins, 1426 Civic Place
• Pottery Barn, 1440 Civic Place
• L’Occitane, 1428 Civic Place
Hit up whichever stores you want on either street before heading over to State Street to finish the night out.
State Street
The last few shops are located sparsely around State Street and Main Street. If you haven't already found what you’re looking for and need a few more purchases to fill out that $200 receipt, there are several fantastic hotspots to pick from around here, including:
• Allure, 1236 Prospect St.
• Apricot Lane, 218 State St.
• Athleta, 218 State St.
• E. Leigh’s, 1234 Main St.
• Francesca’s, 214 State St.
• J. McLaughlin, 1439 Main St.
• Malouf’s, 190 State St.
• Scout & Molly’s, 1232 Main St.
When you’re all done, head back to the Shopper’s Lounge and collect your complimentary gift card before anyone else can. Don’t forget to enter for a chance to win a $1,000 Southlake Town Square shopping spree as well!
