Live! By Loews Hotel Opens In Arlington Entertainment District

The $150 million investment opened its 300 hotel rooms to the public Thursday during its grand opening event.

Arlington Mayor Jeff Williams says the new Live! By Loews hotel in Arlington will bring in a lot of "O.P.M." to the city: other people’s money.

The highly anticipated multi-concept sports resort welcomed guests to its hotel lobby Thursday afternoon during its grand opening event. According to a Texas Live! media release, the $150 million investment includes 300 hotel rooms, 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, a tower terrace, event lawn, outdoor infinity pool and a private rooftop terrace.

Each of the 300 hotel rooms includes 55-inch flat-screen Smart TVs, Keurig coffee makers and 24-hour room service. They also feature floor-to-ceiling windows for a panoramic view of the paralleling Texas Live! Entertainment Complex, the Globe Life Park, the AT&T Stadium and the upcoming Globe Life Field, which is scheduled to open in March 2020.
