Summer of Cirque: Pirates and Princesses at Gaylord Texan

The production features the story of a boy who dreams of becoming a pirate and his journey around the world. Camels and ostriches and zebras, oh my! In between the live horse races at Lone Star Park, camels, ostriches and zebras will also hit the track this Saturday. At the Courtyard of Champions stage, there will be live music, a funny farm slide, pony rides and a petting zoo. Gates open at 1 p.m. and the live racing starts at 2:35 p.m. You won’t want to miss this wild experience!
Truck Yard's Going to the Dogs
Grab your furry family members and party with your pup this weekend at the Truck Yard in The Colony. From 12 to 2 p.m. on Saturday, doodle your doodle will take place using dog-safe paint pens. Bring your artistic skills, get creative and win $100 if your dog is awarded the best-painted dog. Afterward, all bulldog owners will reenact running with the bulls at 3 p.m. Participants must wear all white with a red sash, tie a provided treat to themselves and have their bulldog chase after them. The final event is at 2 p.m. on Sunday. Show off your dog's special talents to win the best in yard talent show. The winner receives a $250 prize, a specially commissioned painting of your dog, and a special dog bowl to use for the year at Truck Yard.
Did you miss out on watching “Moana” last week? Don't worry, because “Trolls World Tour” will be shown at the water park at the Frisco Athletic Center tomorrow night.
