Built upon its three founding principles of quality work, commitment and honesty, Tri Best Specialties was originally founded by Anthony Ilnicky in California, who worked under his father as a union-trained carpenter for the past 15 years. Leading multi-million dollar projects that included public buildings, schools and hospitals, Anthony brought his expertise with him when he and his family moved to Texas in 2019.
With the help of its current managing partner and certified CPA Chad Ray, Tri Best officially launched in Texas.
“Chad brings forth a wealth of knowledge in various aspects, and together they’ve really created something special,” says Erin, Anthony’s wife and vice president of marketing and operations. “Anthony and Chad are doers and will do whatever it takes to get the job done, Chad is a problem solver, and Anthony knows how to do the work. They don’t just meet with the client and send out a bunch of workers. They show up to every single job and are very involved in the process from start to finish.”
