While there is a recent push for online shopping, many digital brands still understand the importance of having a presence in popular retail destinations. So it’s no surprise Southlake Town Square is adding on a few buzzy brands that locals should be excited about.
Warby Parker, Casper and UNTUCKit will all join Southlake Town Square within the next few months. Officials with the district say these storefronts are currently slated to open late this summer but “before the back-to-school shopping season.”
Warby Parker grew from a direct-to-consumer retailer to one of the biggest names in eyewear. Their storefronts give customers the chance to try on their products in person while also offering comprehensive eye exams and prescription checks. Their glasses and sunglasses are soon to be spotted all across Southlake.
Casper also started out as an online brand, and it is now hoping to use its new home in Southlake Town Square to showcase its full line of sleep products. The retailer will feature mattresses, pillows, bedding and furniture – all of which will be on display in the store for guests to try out themselves.
The owner of UNTUCKit, which focuses on men’s and women’s apparel, created this brand to help fight a persistent problem he found in fashion: the sloppily untucked shirt. After building a large online following, UNTUCKit is excited to bring their fresh and polished looks to Southlake.
Other brands joining Southlake Town Square that have been previously announced include 7 For All Mankind, TravisMathew and Sugarboo & Co. Not to mention LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics and Shake Shack that both opened earlier this year.
“Our goal is to offer our guests experiences they can’t find elsewhere,” Jason Kasal, vice president and senior leasing director – western division with Retail Properties of America, Inc. (“RPAI”), which owns and operates Southlake Town Square says via press release. “The evolving retailer mix we have in Southlake Town Square gives our shoppers first-hand access to these digitally native brands in an authentic and personable way.”
Warby Parker will be located on Grand Avenue while Casper and UNTUCKit will be located on Main Street – Casper between LUSH and J. McLaughlin and UNTUCKit between 7 For All Mankind and Sugarboo & Co.
