September was full of one thing: rain. It seemed like every weekend this month was full of dreary weather that kept us inside and cuddled up with our Instagram feed. While most of us stayed dry by staying home, one local mom got a cute picture of her kid looking on the bright side of the storms and splashing in the puddles.
