Southlake Champions Club's commitment to wellness shines through with the return of this popular fitness series where you can connect with nature and the community.
Don’t worry about registrations or memberships – Southlake's outdoor fitness series is designed to be as accessible as possible. Just show up at the scheduled time and place, ready to move and have fun.
Classes range from the invigorating rhythms of Zumba and high fitness to the serene stretches of yoga. Classes will be held in popular Southlake facilities such as The Bob Jones Nature Center and Aria Amphitheater.
