If you get tired of doing the same workout over and over again, switch up your routine with F45 Training or Champions Club, two gyms that help every workout feel different.
“We do offer a wide variety of different programs and ways to engage with fitness,” says Jake Coldren, Champions Club’s fitness and performance supervisor. “We have a wide variety of equipment, from our cardio section to our aquatic center, our weightlifting room as well as our isolated resistance machines.”
Meanwhile, at F45 Training, every day brings a new type of workout to its patrons. Mondays and Fridays feature hybrid classes with a focus on cardio, while Tuesdays and Thursdays feature strength-focused classes alternating between working out the upper and lower body. Wednesday features straight cardio classes, while Sunday classes feature hybrid classes with a focus on strength training.
“That’s one of the things I love about F45 is that it’s something different every day. You really don’t have the opportunity to get bored with the classes or the workouts,” F45 Training owner Susan Brown says. “It’s also really great for your body because it’s something different, and your body doesn’t really have the opportunity to get used to something or hit a plateau.”
State-of-the-art equipment is available at both gyms, with Champions Club patrons able to use equipment like StairMaster machines, rowers and spin bikes while F45 patrons have a bevy of dumbbells and weight training equipment at their disposal.
So whether you’re an exercise newbie or a seasoned gymgoer, take comfort in knowing both of these gyms won’t leave you bored.
“We work very closely with our patrons on the facility to make sure that we’re giving them everything possible to have the best experience,” Jake says. “We want them to not only enjoy it while they’re here but also rave about it when they leave here.”
