On Wednesday, Forest Park Medical Center Southlake will host a Topping Out ceremony for its new Medical Office Building at 11 a.m., located at 421 SH 114 EB Service Rd., Southlake.
The new establishment is a four-story office building structure that is approximately 88,000 square feet that is valued at $19 million.
The building will contain primarily medical office space with supporting uses, such as a pharmacy, urgent care and a bank.
The official opening date of the Medical Office Building is scheduled for the end of August. The construction project experienced up to four weeks of delays due to weather. However, the project has managed to stick within a week of its intended opening date.
The Topping Out ceremony was thrown by Adolfson & Peterson Construction. The company also built Forest Park Southlake and is building Forest Park Austin, which will open Spring 2015.
The Southlake project is co-developed by Neal Richards Group and LandPlan Development.
