Southlake has come out on top once again. In WalletHub’s recent 2019 Best Small Cities in America list, this town ranked in the top 1%. The personal finance website evaluated more than 1,200 cities in the country with populations between 25,000 and 100,000 people. By looking at 42 key factors including housing costs and school systems, WalletHub decided our city earned a spot in the 99th percentile.
Cedar Park was the only other Texas city in the top 1% on the 2019 list, which is a better showing than last year’s ranking. In 2018, Southlake was the only city in the top 1%, with Sugar Land acting as the second-highest scoring Lone Star State city – in the 97th percentile.
So it's safe to say it's always a good day to live in Southlake!
