With Dallas and Frisco locations already running, Southlake becomes Forest Park's third physician-owned facility in North Texas.
Forest Park Medical Center officially opened its doors inbrSouthlake with an open house and ribbon cutting celebrating the completion ofbrthe first phase of development. The brand new tri-level hospital on the southbrside of SH 114 now offers more than 220,000 square feet of world-class carebrincluding an acute care hospital and a medical office building. Once it's fullybrcompleted, Forest Park will be a 30-acre campus encompassing roughly 1 millionbrsquare feet of medical facilities.
LandPlan Development & Neal Richards Group — thebrdevelopers of this project — have equipped Forest Park with a state-of-the-artbrfacility consisting of 12 operating suites, two procedure rooms, 54 inpatientbrrooms, 10 VIP suites, 6 ICU beds and an emergency room. When fully staffed, it is estimated ForestbrPark will create as many as 300 new jobs for medical professionals and facilitiesbrmanagement.
