After opening in Southlake earlier this year, Cowtown Brewing Co. made a name for itself by winning an award for its premium American lager.
Last week, the U.S. Open Beer Championship announced its winners and finalists for 2022. With two locations in Southlake and Fort Worth, Cowtown Brewing Co. won a silver award for its original Cold Fort Worth Beer. The draft beer previously won the silver premium American lager award from the 2021 U.S. Open Beer Championship as well.
But Cowtown Brewing. Co wasn’t the only DFW brewery named award winners. Dallas’ White Rock Alehouse, Peticolas Brewing and Deep Ellum Brewing were also named to the list, as well as Bankhead Brewing, Maple Branch Craft Brewing and Hopfusion Ale Works in Fort Worth.
