Club Pilates, the nation’s largest premium Pilates franchise, opened its doors in Southlake this past weekend. Located at 480 W Southlake Blvd Ste. 131, the new studio offers members full-body workouts that improve posture, balance, flexibility and strength. To celebrate the new studio, Club Pilates Southlake is offering 20 percent off lifetime memberships for the first 50 members and 20 percent off membership fees for the first three months through their opening weekend.
The modern studio welcomes members into a supportive atmosphere where they can choose from four class levels and seven signature group class formats that utilize a variety of equipment, including Reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, Trigger Point, springboard and Barre. The Southlake location is owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team, Bobby and Sonya Springer. In addition to the Southlake location, they also own and operate Club Pilates Flower Mound. The Springers passionately believe Pilates is one of the finest life-changing workouts available to anyone. Club Pilates offers members an affordable path to a fuller, richer and healthier life.
The couple focuses on overall wellness and wants to offer a total mind-body experience to the Southlake community. Bobby is a former martial artist, and Sonya is a former gymnast and a registered nurse. Therefore, they understand the physical benefits Pilates can have on your body, which includes building a strong core, improving posture and creating uniform strength.
“Pilates methods are often used in therapy as a safe and natural form of exercise to help patients manage pain,” said Sonya. “I was on the rollercoaster of working out followed by periods of doing nothing else to recover and I was fed up with feeling miserable all the time. Pilates has not only drastically helped strengthen my back and core, but it has completely eliminated the need for pain medications. We look forward to bringing this healing, beneficial workout to the Southlake community.”
Club Pilates is the first Pilates organization to create a proprietary 500-hour Teacher Training Program designed to thoroughly and safely teach group Reformer Pilates classes along with TRX, Triggerpoint and Barre. Club Pilates has more than 350 locations in 37 states.
