Whole Foods Market® will open the doors of its first store in Northeast Tarrant County with a 40,000 square foot store in the newly-branded Colleyville Downs Center.
The doors will open for shopping at 8am on Tuesday, July 8. A brief bread-breaking ceremony will take place at 7:30am and will include an appearance by Colleyville Mayor David Kelly. The public is invited to attend.
Whole Foods Market/Colleyville is located at 4801 Colleyville Blvd. in the southeast quadrant of Glade Road and Highway 26/Colleyville Blvd.
Dennis Berryman, Store Team Leader of the soon-to-open Colleyville store, is excited to be part of the neighborhood feel of the city and surrounding communities.
“We are so proud to open a store in Colleyville. We love being able to partner with neighbors who share our passion for good food and strong community,” he says.
In March, Colleyville officially announced the arrival of Whole Foods Market.
The public/private partnership between the city and Centennial Real Estate Company -- that is responsible for the Whole Foods Market location -- also ensured an $18 million redevelopment of the aging center.
